Hi Friends,

Just a few update for you:

1.)  No Sr High Sunday School but we’ll have copies of the 4:30pm Christmas Eve Script available it you want to participate in the drama tomorrow night.  See yesterday’s post for details.  Oh yea, we’ll have donut holes there too :-)

2.)  We will most likely be skating at “Sharks Ice” due to heavy rains today.  The overall event times will still be the same.  Check out the earlier post on this one too.

Hello people of all ages.

I hope you all have done well at school finishing up before the Christmas break. Now, after all the hard work that you’ve put into your studies, it is time to relax and get into the Christmas spirit. We will do our best to help you with that.

This Sunday, December 23rd, the Bethel bus welcomes High School and up folks to go ice skating/caroling/pizza eating. We will leave at 1:45 to the Winter Lodge in Palo Alto, weather permitting. If it is not, then we will head over to Vallco and go there.

Bring $20 to cover the day, $15 if you have your own skates.

Wed. the 12th pizza and a christmas movie at Toms, meet at Bethel at 5:30, bring 5 dollars.

Sat. the 15th A Night For Rejoicing (Bethel christmas concert) show at 7:30 pm @ Bethel.

Sun. the 16h @ 9:30 Brett is leading Sunday school again so don’t miss it!

Wed. the 19th Bethel school christmas program @ 6:00.

Sun. the 23rd Skating, caroling and pizza! 1:45 to about 6:00, bring 20$ (15$ if you have your own skates), PLEASE SIGN UP IN THE YOUTH ROOM OR BY EMAILING TOM (to----@------.net)

Thurs. the 27th Walking tour in San Francisco @ 8:30 AM, bring 5 dollars for transportation and extra money for the cable car, food, and shopping. Please sign up! We know its early but we will be stopping at Noah’s Bagels and Starbucks in the morning

This Sunday, December 9th, Sunday School will be led by Brett. It starts at 9:30. Please show up if you are able because it is the right thing to do. I will not be there myself as I have a big paper to write that I will be spending all day on, but I’m sure you don’t want to miss seeing all the other wonderful people who will be there.

At 7 pm we will be going to the thanksgiving worship service and after joining the congregation for a pie festival

Sunday 25th

At 9 30 we will have a discussion about the Shane Claiborne’s book  Irresistible Revolution

Monday 26th

At 7 15 a Common Ground Sponsor meeting :-)

wednesday 28th

sunday dec. 2nd

From 12 to 9 30pm there will be a 100 wells concert in sacramento. Agape and Rachel kurtz will be playing bring $10 dollars for the concert and money for lunch and dinner. All those who plan to go please sign up in the youth room
