Attached is a pdf of the Aqui Fundraiser Flier. Come to Aqui in Cupertino tomorrow evening between 4pm & 7pm to support this year’s youth trip to the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans. Make sure to either give the flier (or just mention you’re with Bethel) to the cashier and our youth will get 20% of the income that night towards our trip. Thanks for ALL your support.

Hi CG’ers and Parents of a CG’er

This is another invitation to join us tonight for the Common Ground Tour Info Meeting at 7:15pm tonight, May 21st. I will try and answer your tour questions and will give a glimpse of the coming three weeks. I also have the financial status for each of you and will be giving you a chance to update Medical Releases. It is really helpful for me if you attend, that way I can go over all the info at the same time instead of 25 individual meetings or phone calls

Hi CG Peeps,
Here’s the Announcement Sheet for tonight. Please check it out carefully because there are lots of things happening this coming month that you don’t want to miss. One of the most important is that next Monday, May 21st is our Tour Info Meeting at 7:15pm. At least one parent should come to get the scoop on this year’s tour. We’re going to have a great trip!

Also, coming up quick is the Sr Recognition Brunch this coming Sunday May 20th at 9:30am. I’m looking for some parents to provide some breakfast supplies (juice, donuts, egg dishes, coffee cake, fruit, etc). If you can lend a hand, please let me know.

Two more CG things:
1.) The Mandatory Work Weekend will be here at Bethel Friday night May 25th and Saturday May 26th. This is a must do event.
2.) We are looking for a home to host the CG Cast Party on Sunday night June 17th after the homecoming concert. Your role would be to provide the place and volunteers would do the rest. Think about it and let me know if it is something you’d be willing to do.

HEY EVERYBODY!!

EVERYBODY HEY!!

This Monday, (4/30) we will be having our Common Ground Picture!! So DO NOT BE LATE! The picture will be taken at precisely 7:15. Wear something cute! Don’t forget!! Also, if your acting in dramas, don’t forget to come at 6 o’clock sharp for our drama rehearsal!

Then, on Wednesday, we will be making Mexican food for Fun With Faith, and we need all the help we can get, so come cocinar con nosotros!

Saturday and Sunday are gonna be big. We have a big weekend ahead of us. Our annual Common Ground CAR WASH is this Saturday from 9am-2pm. This is a huge fundraiser for us so make sure to come and earn money for our trip!!

Sunday will be our Love Won celebration with our final Love Wins discussion (on the book challenging ideas of Heaven and Hell by Rob Bell) so come by for breakfast and an enlightening discussion.
