Hi CG’ers and Parents of a CG’er

This is another invitation to join us tonight for the Common Ground Tour Info Meeting at 7:15pm tonight, May 21st. I will try and answer your tour questions and will give a glimpse of the coming three weeks. I also have the financial status for each of you and will be giving you a chance to update Medical Releases. It is really helpful for me if you attend, that way I can go over all the info at the same time instead of 25 individual meetings or phone calls

Hi CG Peeps,
Here’s the Announcement Sheet for tonight. Please check it out carefully because there are lots of things happening this coming month that you don’t want to miss. One of the most important is that next Monday, May 21st is our Tour Info Meeting at 7:15pm. At least one parent should come to get the scoop on this year’s tour. We’re going to have a great trip!

Also, coming up quick is the Sr Recognition Brunch this coming Sunday May 20th at 9:30am. I’m looking for some parents to provide some breakfast supplies (juice, donuts, egg dishes, coffee cake, fruit, etc). If you can lend a hand, please let me know.

Two more CG things:
1.) The Mandatory Work Weekend will be here at Bethel Friday night May 25th and Saturday May 26th. This is a must do event.
2.) We are looking for a home to host the CG Cast Party on Sunday night June 17th after the homecoming concert. Your role would be to provide the place and volunteers would do the rest. Think about it and let me know if it is something you’d be willing to do.

Now that I’ve told you all that, go and read the attachment too

As you can see we’ve got a lot going on the coming weeks including a Tijuana Fiesta and Mission to Mexico highlight night tomorrow and the Common Ground Car Wash this coming Saturday. Please check it out and plug in where you can. If you have time tomorrow, May 2nd at 5pm, come and lend a hand making our delicious dinner.

In light of the winter vacation there will be no common ground practice tomorrow. But fear not because we will start up with practices again next week AND we will be having our common ground kick off retreat soon too! yay!! things to look forward too
