So sadly our wednesday nights of fun are at an end. This week instead of a wednesday event we will be meeting up on THURSDAY at 5:30 to go to Taco Bell/ Togos/ KFC/ Starbucks and then we will be heading off to Homestead High School to see Rachel and Tyler in the play The Laramie Project. This play is an incredibly moving story about a boy who was killed in Wyoming for being gay. If you can make it then please go to show your support of Rachel and Tyler and to see a great play!
REMINDER: This friday and saturday is the Common Ground work weekend. We will be meeting at church at 7:15 to practice our songs and dramas and start putting our show together!!! If you cannot come make sure to let Tom know. We should be done by 4 on saturday

Tomorrow night we will be taking a trip down to Safeway to pick up food for dinner or you can bring your own food from home! Then we will be watching Pay It Forward and we will be discussing ways that we can “pay it forward” to people around us. We will be doing an activity afterwards.

Hola guys!!
Just an update on tomorrows event. Instead of the Safeway shopping center food area we will be taking a little trip over to Holders Country Inn to enjoy a lovely breakfast for dinner. Then we will be discussing homelessness watching the first part of a movie called Where the Day Takes You. WARNING: this movie has bad language and graphic images of homelessness. Please let your parents know about the topic. Next week we will be doing a service project and then probably pizza after. We will update the details on next week soon!

This Wednesday we will be heading on down to AMC 14 at 5:30 for some Pizza My Heart, Panda Express or other various food places. Then we will be seeing the movie Where The Wild Things are at 7:00 so bring around 20 dollars!

Just sending a reminder out about the movie night this Saturday at West Valley Presbyterian starting at 7. Its the little church on the corner near Hyde Middle School across from Safeway.
