To finalize some details, since I was a bit confused myself…We are meeting at 9 am in the youth room with your $25 and a bag lunch.  Wear your swimsuit under your clothes but have clothes to change into after we kayak! We will by kayaking from 11 to 1 and then, depending on the weather, we will be walking around downtown or going over to the beach! If you have any questions call Tom or ME at 408-916-8391

Hello everyone, Julia here this Wednesday, March 4th, we are going to be going to Popeyes for dinner at 5:30 and you should bring about $10. After our delicious dinner we are meeting in the youth room at 7:15 for a discussion for all teens who are planning on attending the National Youth Gathering this summer. AYYYYY OOOHH this Wednesday we will be heading out, finally, to BOSTON MARKET!  I hope the warm goodness of macaroni and meat loaf comforts your little tummies since it has been oh so frigid outside! Afterwards we will be going to the youngins Christmas show to listen to them sing tiny baby Jesus songs.  We will be meeting at 5:30 so don’t be late!  Bring $10 to cover the cost 

Ok that first half was Aleya, but now you can sit back and relax for the much less spastic writings of me, Robert “Definitely not Aleya” Rodine.  Most of what my esteemed colleague has told you was correct, if not silly, but I would just like to add a small heads-up to the tail end of this post.  Coming up in the rest of the month, we will have some truly epic events planned.  This includes, ice skating this coming sunday, a trip to San Fransisco to see the big city on a walking tour.  These event, and many more, await you, so make sure to look out for more posts containing the finer details.

This Wednesday is going to be the wonderful Thanksgiving service annnndd pie festival for all you crazy turkeys! We will be attending the worship service to give thanks for all our blessings in life. Then afterwards we will be gulping down some delicious pie that the congregation will supply…I sure hope their cooking is appietizing! You are welcome to come at 6:00 to hang out in the youth room with us before the service if you would like to. We will be watching A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving!! The service will be starting at 7:00 and the pie eating will take place in the fireside room at around 8:00 after the service is over. So come with a big appetite and happy thoughts

Heyyyy all ya’ll Little Leeler here! I hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far, but if not, then come to Second Harvest Food bank this wednesday to make it THAT much better.  We will be leaving at 5:30 and shipping straight to the ‘bank’ from 6-8.  Then we will arrive at Tony and Alba’s award winning thin crust Sicilian style pizza to munch our little hearts away. Remember to wear leather that covers your toesies and long pantalones (‘pants’ for those who aren’t taking spanish) so your ready to sort and pack!

Aleya and Julia here to tell you that we will be venturing to the buffet palooza, Fresh Choice, this Wednesday for a delicious feast at Valco Shopping Center! Straight from dinner we will be walking to AMC Cupertino Square to watch a movie of our choice! Some top movies of the month are: High School Musical 3, Beverly Hills Chihuahua, Secret Life of Bees, Max Payne, and Eagle Eye. I hope you all choose wisely

P.S. Also, since the majority of our youth group is too young to vote i encourage you to tell your parents to vote tomorrow! This election will change all of our lives A LOT, so please vote accordingly.
